Autel Powerscan PS100

Description

The Powerscan PS100 is a purpose-built automotive electrical component tester — not a scan tool. It measures voltage, current, and resistance to diagnose faults that DTC codes won't surface: parasitic draw, charging system output, voltage drop at sensors and connectors.

The 20-foot cable reaches across the engine bay without repositioning the meter. Built-in headlights illuminate tight spaces, and audible alerts let you monitor readings without watching the display. Comes in a blow-molded case with a one-year warranty.

Use it to verify the alternator is charging at spec, identify what's pulling current overnight, or confirm voltage at a PCM reference input before condemning a sensor. A dedicated electrical tester every tech's cart should have.
