The IA1000 Automated Alignment and ADAS System combines powered frame target positioning with the MaxiSYS Ultra S2 tablet for forward-facing ADAS calibration and wheel alignment. The system features HD optical cameras, laser-guided pattern alignment for Blind Spot, ACC, and AVM positioning, automated unlevel floor compensation, and advanced alignment data collection beyond the standard camber, caster, and toe readings. Pre- and post-scan reports document every calibration.
The powered one-step forward-facing target positioning cuts manual setup time significantly compared to traditional frame-based systems. The IA1000 is built for shops running high-volume LDW and standard ADAS calibration work where setup speed and repeatability directly affect throughput.
