The AutoLINK AL549 reads and clears engine and ABS codes on US, Asian, and European vehicles 1996 and newer, with color-coded fault and I/M Readiness status. It supports all 10 OBD II modes with enhanced PCM and ABS coverage, plus live data with record and playback. A built-in battery, starting, and charging system tester covers the electrical side without a separate tool.

For shops doing intake scans or pre-inspections, the AL549 combines code reading and charging system testing in one handheld. Data prints via USB to PC. One-year limited warranty.
