The Autel Total Care Program (TCP) is a 1-year renewable subscription covering three areas: tool function upgrades (new features and functions as Autel releases them), vehicle coverage updates for the latest makes and models, and extended warranty coverage. TCP provides unlimited access to Autel's latest software and functionality for the duration of the subscription.

Tool Compatibility: This subscription applies exclusively to the Autel MaxiTPMS TS900.

How the MaxiTPMS TS900 1-Year TCP Keeps Your Tool Current

The MaxiTPMS TS900 1-Year TCP renews one year of Total Care Program (TCP) coverage for the Autel MaxiTPMS TS900. During that year, the tablet receives Autel's software updates as they release — new vehicle coverage for current model years, protocol additions as manufacturers update communication standards, and improvements to existing diagnostic functions and service reset procedures. The TS900 combines full TPMS service capability with service reset functions across more than 40 categories. The TPMS sensor database, relearn procedures, and service function library are all updated through the standard TCP release cycle. The purchase also extends the tablet warranty by one year, covering reduced- or no-cost repairs depending on the issue.

AutoAuth & Secure Gateway Access: AutoAuth requires both an active TCP subscription and a separate AutoAuth subscription. TCP alone does not grant or maintain AutoAuth access. Both must remain current for secure gateway (SGW) bypass to function.

Activation Process

Complete purchase — an activation code is delivered by email. Two methods to redeem:

  1. Via browser: Log in to your regional Autel account at pro.autel.com, complete region verification, then enter the activation code.
  2. Via tablet: MaxiTPMS → Update → Renew → TCP Renewal → submit code.

Region verification is required before first activation and at each renewal. TCP cannot be activated without completing region verification first.

What Happens When TCP Lapses

When TCP lapses, the MaxiTPMS TS900 keeps its current software. No functions stop working on the day the subscription ends. What changes is access to Autel's update releases going forward. Vehicle coverage for new model years and revised platforms stops updating. A vehicle the tool covered while TCP was active will still be covered. A model released after the subscription ended may not be recognized, or coverage for new modules and updated communication protocols on that platform may be incomplete. TPMS sensor database and relearn procedures for new vehicle platforms also stop updating when the subscription lapses.

AutoAuth & SGW at Lapse: AutoAuth also becomes unavailable when TCP lapses. Both an active TCP subscription and a current, separate AutoAuth subscription are required for SGW bypass access to continue.

Warranty coverage under the TCP extension ends when the subscription lapses.
