Autel has introduced a new policy regarding tool regions in March of 2025. 

To ensure we can supply your update,

1. Login to your Autel account at pro.autel.com and                                                          Select the “My Devices” tab on the left-hand menu.
2. Please send a picture showing the “Region” section it must explicitly states “Region: North America”, as shown in the attached image.                               

Include the Tool Name, Serial Number, and Region in your image. 

Once verified, You will receive your activation code along with the application instructions. 

Autel cannot activate the renewal without these items.
