Autel MaxiTPMS ITS600 - 1 Year Software Update - Total Care Program
AUT-ITSUPDATEThe Autel Total Care Program (TCP) is a 1-year renewable subscription covering three areas: tool function upgrades (new features and functions as Autel releases them), vehicle coverage updates for the latest makes and models, and extended warranty coverage. TCP provides unlimited access to Autel's latest software and functionality for the duration of the subscription.
Tool Compatibility: This subscription applies to the Autel MaxiTPMS ITS600 and ITS600 Pro.
How the MaxiTPMS ITS600 Upgrade Card Keeps Your Tool Current
The MaxiTPMS ITS600 Upgrade Card serves two purposes depending on the ITS600's current status. For an ITS600 that has not yet been upgraded to Pro status, this card activates the full ITS600 Pro feature set — unlocking all-system diagnostics and 36 or more service reset functions beyond the base TPMS-focused configuration. Once activated, annual TCP renewal is required to maintain those diagnostic and service features with current vehicle coverage. For an ITS600 Pro already in service, this card renews the TCP subscription for one additional year, keeping vehicle protocol updates and the service function library current.
Note that TPMS software on the ITS600 is updated free for the life of the tool — this card covers the diagnostics and service function side of the platform, not the TPMS sensor database.
AutoAuth & Secure Gateway Access: AutoAuth requires both an active TCP subscription and a separate AutoAuth subscription. TCP alone does not grant or maintain AutoAuth access. Both must remain current for secure gateway (SGW) bypass to function.
Activation Process
Complete purchase — an activation code is delivered by email. Two methods to redeem:
- Via browser: Log in to your regional Autel account at pro.autel.com, complete region verification, then enter the activation code.
- Via tablet: MaxiTPMS → Update → Renew → TCP Renewal → submit code.
Region verification is required before first activation and at each renewal. TCP cannot be activated without completing region verification first.
What Happens When TCP Lapses
When TCP lapses on the ITS600 Pro, the diagnostic and service function platform stops receiving update releases. The tool keeps its current software, but vehicle coverage for new model years and updated protocols stops advancing. A new vehicle platform released after the subscription ended may not be recognized by the diagnostic software, or coverage for revised modules on that platform may be incomplete. TPMS updates continue to be delivered free regardless of TCP status — the subscription lapse affects the diagnostics and service side only.
AutoAuth & SGW at Lapse: AutoAuth also becomes unavailable when TCP lapses. Both an active TCP subscription and a current, separate AutoAuth subscription are required for SGW bypass access to continue.
Warranty coverage under the TCP extension ends when the subscription lapses.
